Colored Volumes
The series “Colored Volumes” seeks to encapsulate an ambiguity allowing the structures to embody shifting perspectives, inviting a dialogue between space, perspective and human experience. Through the handling of form, the ambiguity of scale, forms and the layering of color, viewers are drawn beyond the surface to explore deeper, a more expansive sense of space containing multitudes of perceptions. This approach allows people to roam free in the precise yet open-ended geometries that naturally flow together in their interplay of colors. The precise geometry resonates with the scale of the body, while the color allows for a fluidity to occur accessing the conceptual and abstract dimensions.
